- A referral pack will be sent to referral agents. It is expected that completed referral/application forms will be returned to us as soon as possible.
- When we have received all the necessary information, the prospective service user will be contacted to arrange an informal visit. Overnight stays may be arranged to assess the service user and gives an opportunity for the service user to consider their potential living environment.

Those wishing to enquire about our domiciliary services can call our office 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, where are we will be happy to discuss any queries in cofidence, forward our information leaflets, and arrange an assessment appointments.
St Lucy Care services is located in North London, with several nearby tube and rail stations; these include Turnpike Lane, Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale. There are good transport links and the centre of London is only 30 minutes away by train. There are several buses which can be accessed from any of these stations which also come close to St lucy lodge.
